In today’s hyper competitive environment, the Automotive Parts Manufacturers’ Association (APMA) is offering a program to help companies achieve operational effectiveness. This Program is administered by APMA, delivered by industry experts at Operations Expertise Inc., and subsidized by the Government of Ontario.

OEMP is a multi-phase program that will:
