Colleagues and friends, I am honoured to be your Chairperson for the CAMM.
The moldmaking industry and advanced manufacturing, as a whole, has provided me with many positive experiences and touch points that I'm ready to give back and pay it forward to the future generations. I feel very privileged to be in a position where I can lift our industry as a whole.
Along with CAMM's Board of Governors and Advisors, we are using the theme "FUN COLLECTIVE LEARNING" for our events we curate for you.
Lastly, as a moldmaker, I am very aware of the current business climate and I want to assure you, like in the past, it will get better. CAMM is working with the relevant government agencies on what conditions can strengthen and defend our position in the global stage. We will share our progress in future newsletters.
I'm looking forward to this journey we have embarked with YOU.

In September, we launched two critical surveys!
The Member Needs Assessment Survey will give us key insights to ensure we’re addressing the needs and expectations of our members. The feedback we gather will shape our activities for 2025, helping us stay aligned with the evolving demands of the industry. Please participate HERE
The CAMM Wage and Benefits Survey will offer valuable benchmarks for member companies, allowing them to compare current wages and benefits within the industry. While personal information will remain confidential, a comprehensive report of the results will be shared in late fall. Please participate HERE
At CAMM, surveys play a crucial role in helping us serve our members effectively. They provide essential data that guides our event planning, activities, and resource offerings, ensuring we continue to meet the needs of the mold making community.
