CAMM Announces the Ed Regan Memorial Bursary

Ed Regan was a passionate member of the mold making community. A leader, Ed was part of CAMM since its inception as WAMM in the 1980s. After an almost 20-year battle with Parkinson’s Disease, Edward Regan passed away on August 27, 2024, at the age of 82. He will always be remembered as a respected entrepreneur, and a devoted family man who had an enthusiasm for Mold Making. The Regan Family hopes this Memorial Bursary will help to fuel a similar passion in a new generation of mold makers.

Ed Regan’s family would like to honour his lifelong commitment to the mold making industry and to young people who may be struggling, as he did, to fulfill their career dreams. They are donating bursary funds, $5,000 annually, to honour his memory by reflecting his passion and values. They will be providing support to a student, opening doors to a new opportunity and a brighter future.

If you, or someone you know, is a student who will be pursuing mold making at an Ontario post-secondary institution, please download and complete the application. If you are unable to download the application, please contact Nicole Vlanich at [email protected] to have it emailed to you.

The deadline for submissions is May 30, 2025.

The winner will be awarded at the CAMM Annual General Meeting in late June (date TBD). Ed Regan’s family will present the award. The recipient will receive two (2) complimentary tickets to the AGM.

CAMM is proud to present this memorial bursary in Ed Regan’s name and continue his legacy on behalf of his family.
