We were pleased to represent mold making at the Emerging Technologies in Automation conference, held at Caesar’s Windsor. Our Executive Director, Nicole Vlanich, moderated the mold making breakout session presented by NRC-IRAP and we were able to discuss our members and association with attendees.
On October 29th, we were pleased to attend the LevelUP Career Expo in Windsor/Lasalle.
This allowed us to connect with, and promote mold making, to thousands of youth from the Windsor-Essex region who were bused to the Lasalle Event Centre.
October 30th kicked off the Shop Metalworking Windsor Expo at the Ciociaro Club. We exhibited at the event and had the opportunity to host a panel discussion on the future of mold making.
Panelists included Brian Bendig, President of Cavalier Tool, Louis Jahn, President of Jahn Engineering, Ralph Picklo, VP of Cimatron and Saptarshi Naha, VP of Business Development for YT Solutions. The panel was moderated by Saylo Lam, CAMM Chair and President of Circle 5.
The Panel discussion was recorded, so please reach out to [email protected] for the link to view it!
That evening, CAMM held our FALL Mingle. This well attended event was an opportunity to wind down after the Expo, connect with friends and colleagues and discuss business, current events and network.
We thank everyone for making October a busy, successful month including, the panelists who participated at the CAMM Panel and SHOP Metalworking for partnering with us for the Expo.
